So much has happened since Toronto. We are very close to purchasing our first property. It will
be in Edmonton. It is very exciting. Cassandra got her Real Estate license on January 6th and has hit the ground running. A good way to look at a lot of property quickly, is becoming a Realtor. She showed 30 properties to a client in one week but she probably learned more from it then they did!
We have just found an investor and Cassandra is going to present to him at the end of the month. She is a
little nervous but is getting her finishing touches on her business plan to present to him. Winnie is helping too, so we are going to partner up with her for our first buy. Natacha is planning to meet us in Edmonton to
look at property as well.
Life is exciting right now. It is hard to believe that six months ago we did not have any of this knowledge
that we have, or even had a clue that we would be purchasing our first investment property in 6 months.
